Clinical Supervision
Nicole is an experienced clinical supervisor with over 27 years of experience in paediatric occupational therapy, spanning community health, private practice, hospital settings, and university education. She supervises and mentors early-career and experienced OTs and allied health professionals, and is committed to supporting clinicians as they develop their skills and professional identity.
A collaborative approach to supervision
Nicole's supervision style is grounded in reflective practice and evidence-based care. Sessions are practical and tailored to where you are in your career, designed to help you work through complex cases, develop your clinical reasoning, and build confidence in your practice. Her background in university teaching means she brings a considered approach to connecting theory with real-world practice.
Her clinical framework draws on neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-sensitive, and family-centred practice — providing a strong foundation for clinicians working with children and families.
