No, a referral is not required. You can contact us directly to discuss your child’s support needs

When your appointment is confirmed you will receive a Parent Questionnaire via email.

Please complete and return the questionnaire via email before your first visit as this helps us learn about your child and family before we meet you. ​

An initial appointment may include a parent only session.  This allows us to talk with you, gather some background information, set goals and begin initial problem solving before we meet your child at the next appointment.

Our initial session with a child will start with a play based assessment and explore their strengths and development further.

A 60 minute appointment is allocated, which includes 50 minutes of face to face assessment or therapy and parent education, and 10 minutes for documentation/ notes.

Service- in person or online

60 minute therapy sessions- $193.99

Please note- all therapy sessions include 15 minutes of note writing time that is not client facing.

Reports:

Summary reports, standard letters- $193.99

Comprehensive reports (including NDIS reports)- $295

Care team meetings and consultations:

Includes meetings with teachers, educators, allied health teams and paediatricians.

Charged at the hourly rate of $193.99

Travel

Travel is charged at the hourly rate of $96.99 per hour, charged in 10 minute increments up to 30 minutes.

Funding & rebate options:

NDIS: We work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.

Medicare Rebates: Families may be eligible for Medicare rebates with a valid GP referral under the Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan

Private Health: Some private health insurance policies include OT rebates -check with your provider for details.
