Services

Using a play based approach, we support the development of fine motor, play, personal independence, cognition and social skills. Services are offered in home and community settings within the City of Boroondara, to promote feelings of safety and empower children within their natural settings. We work in partnership with families to identify strengths and areas requiring further support to optimise engagement in daily life

Assessment

We provide assessment and support for children aged between 0-9 years of age and their families in the following areas:

  • Physical skills including fine and gross motor skills

  • Play and social skills

  • Sensory processing

  • Attention

  • Activity and emotional regulation

  • Self care skills including toileting, feeding, bathing and dressing

An initial appointment may include a parent only session.  This allows us to gather background information and set goals before we meet your child.

The initial session with your child will be play based and explore their strengths and development further.

Therapeutic Support

We work with children and their families in home and community settings to help children become more independent and skilled in their daily activities.

We value collaboration with your child’s early childhood educators to enhance your child’s participation at kindergarten and/or childcare. We offer consultation visits and can arrange team meetings to facilitate a team approach.
